Recent Events in our Local Community

We are all deeply saddened at the recent senseless attack and loss of life in our community at the weekend. Our heartfelt condolences go to the family of Jodie Chesney and all affected by the tragic loss.

Incidents of this nature should not happen, not least  in our communities and highlight the importance of us working together to educate our children in keeping themselves safe, equipping them them with knowledge of the dangers of gang culture and serious youth violence. Sadly, this is becoming increasingly relevant in order to prepare our children and promote their independence in our society.
If you would like any support or to discuss any concerns please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Safeguarding team in school.

I am sure you will all keep Jodie Chesney's family and friends in your thoughts at this devastating time.

On Friday 8th March, we will be standing with our community and turning Harold Hill purple to honour Jodie Chesney's life. If you would like to contribute purple bows or ribbons to our school gate please feel free to do so.
