Sanders School Open Day - Saturday 6th February 10am

Dear Pupils in Year 4 and 5 Parents and Carers,

Sanders School Open Morning Workshops

We would like to invite you along to our Open Morning on Saturday 6th February 10am to Noon. These sessions include a variety of different subjects and are free of charge. We are offering our usual workshops and opportunities to year 4 and 5 students to enjoy themselves and the workshops are open to children on their own if parents/carers do not wish to stay.

Students sessions run for 2 hours and if you and your Child(ren) would like to take part please look at the choices listed in our booklet. Please put choice 1 and also indicate your second choice if the sessions are full. Similarly, if you wish to sign up for the parent sessions please indicate it on the booking form. We also offer a parental workshops at 10am for one hour: E-safety which includes, Cyber Bullying, Fraud, Social Networking, Password Protection, Internet Banking and Online Shopping. Maths - How to support and improve your child’s Numeracy and English - Looking at the transition from KS2 to KS3 in Literacy.

Student led tours of the school are also available on the day and the opportunity at 11am to meet our Head Teacher Mr McEachern at an informal gathering. Both of which should be booked in advance to ensure availability.

Workshops are aimed at Year 4 and 5 students predominately but students from other years are also welcome. Please could you provide contact information and any other information as listed so we can confirm which session you and your child require. We really hope you join us on the 6th for an enjoyable and exciting morning of different events and experience your first taste of Aspire ... Achieve ... Excel.
