We have provided some simple materials that could help you keep your children safe. The message is that we believe the internet is a fantastic learning resource. If children are to learn about it, they must be able to use it. However some simple steps can ensure they are experiencing it safely.
1. This e-safety leaflet helps to give some simple tips on effective practice at home
2. Watch this video from CEOP to see how easily your children can share private information with complete strangers. Social networking accounts have age restrictions for a reason. Facebook - which has a minimum age of 13 - is still one of the most popular with our pupils. They share photos, information and comments without realising how easily the information can be obtained by people they have never met.
