Are you an inspiring leader who is:

Passionate about developing a school curriculum that inspires academic and personal development?

• Committed to delivering educational provision of a high standard for all pupils?

• Able to articulate what you can offer to make an Outstanding school even stronger?

This is a fantastic opportunity and a perfect time to come and join a school community which has gone from strength to strength over the last three years. We were delighted at the recognition given in our Ofsted inspection in March 2014 which graded us as Outstanding in every category.

Broadford Primary is an exciting and dynamic place to learn… Pupils say they love coming to school… high expectations of both pupils and staff have resulted in exceptional advances since the previous inspection… Teachers use a range of imaginative techniques which ensure that pupils are highly motivated… The behaviour of pupils is outstanding. Pupils have excellent attitudes to learning. They are curious, inquisitive, enthusiastic and eager… there are tremendous opportunities for all the pupils to achieve as well as they can academically and in their personal development.

At Broadford Primary School we expect teachers to make the education of their pupils their first concern, and be accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. We expect teachers to act with honesty and integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills as teachers up-to-date and be self-critical; forge positive professional relationships; and work with parents in the best interests of our pupils. Our Governing Body looks to reward high performance through the use of performance related pay and Teacher standards

If you think you are ready for this exciting next step please call Malcolm Drakes (Headteacher) on 01708 342880.

Closing date: Monday 28th April 2014
