Weekly Newsletter - Friday 19th March, 2021

Headteacher: Mrs L Nicholls

Dear Parents and Carers,

Comic Relief Day
It has been a fun day in school today and we have enjoyed seeing the children in their crazy outfits and hearing their hilarious jokes. Once we have collected all of the donations we will be able to report how much we have raised for charity. Thank you for your support.

Uniform Swap Shop

Our office staff ran a fantastic uniform swap shop yesterday and were delighted with the number of donations received. Many parents were able to find the uniform items that they required and together, by recycling unwanted clothes, we have all been a little bit kinder to the environment. Well done everyone! As this has been so well received, we will run a similar event at the end of the academic year.

Instagram @broadfordprimary
Many of you have started to follow us on Instagram and the numbers of followers that we have is creeping up! Yesterday year 3 pupils took over the stories for the day and today it was the turn of year 5. We hope that this gave you an insight into the daily life and learning of the pupils. Stay tuned as more year groups take over the stories over the coming weeks.
