Next Week & News

Year 6 Stubbers Payments Due:
A reminder that there are some parents yet to pay the 4th April installment for the Year 6 Stubbers Trip. Please contact the office so that the payments can be made.

Bank Holiday: Closed Monday 5th May
School will be closed on Monday 5th for the Bank Holiday. We will be open as normal on Tuesday 6th and clubs will be running.

Next Week:
As mentioned above, school will be closed on Monday May 5th. When we return on Tuesday – at the normal times – we have the farm in to visit EYFS & KS1. In the evening we have a Behaviour & Safety Committee meeting. On Wednesday Cedar have their Sharing Assembly and the lollipop lady is due in to talk to the Nursery children. Next week we have the first of our Bikeability outings around the local area. The children will be visiting local parks and exploring bike trails. On Thursday afternoon Year 3&4 are off to Drapers for a PE session. Finally the Year 3&4 pupils have an Egyptian visitor in on Friday as part of their topic. During the day, Mrs Nicholls is taking some children to the Foodbank so that they can prepare for the upcoming food drive. We are also expecting a visit from Dame Angela Watkinson MP who has asked to come in and congratulate the pupils and staff on the ‘Outstanding’ achievement last term.

Sharing Assembly: Cedar 9.05am Wednesday 7th May
We are delighted to welcome the parents of Cedar class to come and find out about the work they have been doing in class recently.

End of Half Term Date: Wednesday 21st May
A reminder that all children are expected to attend for every day of the school term.
