Part 1 Broadford News
Easter
It is only a few weeks till we finish for the Easter break. I know that it feels like we have only returned from the Christmas break! However, to mark the occasion all pupils will be taking part in an Easter egg hunt during the week beginning 31st March and we will be hosting Broadford’s Easter parade on Wednesday 2nd April. We are inviting all pupils to take part in designing, making and wearing with pride an Easter bonnet/hat. It is £1 to enter the competition and this will contribute towards our fundraising total this year.
The bonnet/ hat could be made from card, paper, or use a baseball cap/sunhat/woolly hat as a base. Then allow your child to decide what they would like on their hat, it could be flowers, signs of new life such as Lambs, chicks and chocolate eggs. It can be anything linked to Easter.
We can’t wait to see all of the creations in school on Wednesday 2nd April. Happy crafting!

University of Broadford Graduations
We are sadly coming to the end of our Broadford University courses and what a great 10 weeks we have had. I have seen so many happy, smiling children, bursting to tell me all about the wonderful things they have been learning at their University of Broadford sessions. The children have all shown great resilience and reciprocity while working through their courses and we couldn't be prouder of how much they have all achieved.
We would now like to invite you in to celebrate your child’s achievements. The dates and start times for each course are as follows:
Your child will be able to tell you which class they have been studying.
If parents/carers could please wait at the lower gate on Faringdon Avenue, by the waiting area , a member of staff will be there to escort you in at the start time.
We look forward to welcoming you into school for our wonderful graduations.
