Dear Parents and Carers,

We only have two weeks of this term left but they should be exciting ones for everyone. Please make sure you have concert tickets and come to support your child’s class. On Thursday the school will be closed as the school is being used as a polling station. Don’t forget to vote !
On Friday, children and staff are invited to wear their Christmas Jumpers to raise money for Save the Children. A 50p donations would be great and all donations will go straight to this good cause.

Non-uniform day to support Lennox Children's Charity - Friday 20th December

During this festive season we would like to support a charity that drives to make a positive difference to the lives of children diagnosed with cancer.

Lennox Children's Cancer Fund provide direct practical, financial and emotional assistance to not just the children, but also their parents and siblings families. Something that not many other organisations or charities do. This could be as simple as paying an electric bill for a family who spend all their time caring for a sick child and are unable to earn an income at the same time. It could be to cover travel expenses to enable a child to receive life-saving treatment, or even just to provide a little cash for a dying child to have that final birthday celebration with family and friends. Lennox also offers respite breaks for children and their families to spend some time away from the burden and trauma of cancer. These breaks are an opportunity for the whole family to escape the treatment, hospitals and doctors and spend quality time together.

Pupils will be having Christmas parties on Friday 20th December 2019.  We invite all pupils to come to school in non-uniform: pulling out their best party outfits, whether it be glittery to dazzle or comfortable to dance in.  We are asking for a voluntary donation of 50p and every penny raised will go directly to Lennox Children's Charity and help bring some joy to those in need.
