Weekly Newsletter - Friday 1st April

Headteacher: Mrs L Nicholls

Dear Parents and Carers,

End of Spring Term

It is wonderful to finish the spring term with everyone feeling very excited about the summer term. There is much to celebrate with regard to academic progress, which is due to the hard work of our fantastic pupils. The spring term is short. But, I have come to realise that we achieve just as much, but in less time.

The summer term will see the return of the University of Broadford, at long last, and of course we will be celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee. We also look forward to the return of all of our summer favourite events such as sports day!!!
Thank you to all parents who attended parents evening this week, we have been very pleased to meet with you. These events support the partnership between school and home, which we all value and recognise the strong support system this provides for your children.

I hope that you all have a restful break and enjoy quality time with families and friends. I look forward to welcoming your children back to school on Tuesday 19th April.

Easter Hat Parade

It has been a wonderful day in school today and the pupils have enjoyed a fabulous Easter hat parade, however, it did feel strange to celebrate Easter with snow falling outside!
Well done to all of the winners for their creative and original designs.
