Bringing Items into School
Children should continue to bring a named water bottle into school containing water only, no juices.
Children do not need to bring pencil cases into school. All resources will be provided by the school.
Uniform
All pupils are expected to return to school in full school uniform.
If you are eligible for a school uniform voucher, please contact the school office to request this if you haven't already received this.
PE days will be communicated with you by class teachers via the curriculum newsletter in the first week of term.
We would encourage all pupils to bring into school a pair of indoor shoes (slippers or plimsoles) that can be left in school and they can change into when in the classroom. This helps us to keep the school clean and hygienic for our pupils.
Breakfast Club
The breakfast club provision with Essex After Schools will open at 7.30am on the first day back. There will be a wide variety of food options on offer including cereals, toast and fruit. The hall will be set out with a range of activities and resources for the children to access during their time at the club. The cost of the Breakfast Club will be £4.00 per day.
Parents can pay via their tax free childcare account. If you are eligible for Tax-Free Childcare, you can set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will top up with £2 for you to use to pay your provider. Check your eligibility here https://www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare
Breakfast club places from now on can be booked via phone: 07831360485 or email essexafterschoolclubs@gmail.com.
After School Childcare
From Wednesday 3rd September, Essex After School Clubs will be operating an after school child care facility. This can be booked via the contact details above. We also have the details of local childminders should you prefer this option, please ask at the office.

School Dinners
All primary school pupils are entitled to free school meals. However, if you are eligible for the pupil premium funding we encourage you to continue to apply for this as this grant provides us with much needed funding to provide the best education to your pupils. Please see a member of the office staff to check your eligibility.
