Dear Parents and Carers,
It is wonderful to be back at school for the summer term. It is hard to believe that we are in the final term of this academic year but I can categorically state that this term is going to be a good one.
We have much to look forward to this term with special days for Eid and Rock star times tables coming up. We are also discussing how we can continue with our normal end of year activities, such as sports days, in a safe way due to the current climate. As soon as we have further guidance we will let parents know.

Punctuality
We would like to take the opportunity to remind all parents that the gates and doors will be closed at 8.50 am. After this time pupils will need to enter the school via the main school office door so that they can be registered and choose their lunch for the day. Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19 measures in place we will only be able to allow access to pupils and not parents at this time. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
Contact Details
If you change your telephone number or email address please can you inform the school office as soon as possible. It is essential that we have correct and up to date contact information for all parents in case of emergency. You can update your details by sending an email to office@broadford.havering.sch.uk
Please write contact details in the subject line of the email.
Front Row Music
Teachers from front row music have resumed music lessons in school. They offer guitar, ukulele and keyboard lessons for pupils in years 1-6 and these sessions take place during the school day. There are still a few spaces left for the summer term. For further information please click on this link.
Havering Catering Services
Week beginning 26th April is week 2 on the Havering catering services menu. All meals are served with unlimited salad and vegetables and cost £2.25.
Please be reminded that your child’s sQuid account should be topped up at all times. We cannot provide dinners for pupils whose accounts exceed a debt of £10. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact Mrs West in the school office who will be able to provide you with support and assistance.
