Governor Vacancy
Due to the resignation of an experienced governor who has moved out of the area, we have a vacancy on the Governing Body of The Learning Federation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute towards the strategic direction of Broadford and Mead Primary Schools. If you would like to know more about the role or have any questions, please email our Chair of Governors, Alan Kemp.
Lost Property
All lost property will be stored in a box under the large canopy on the playground. If your child has lost an item of clothing please have a look in this box when you collect your child at the end of the school day. After two weeks, if lost items have not been reclaimed we will add them to our spare uniform supply or pass them onto clothing banks and charity shops.
If you ensure that all items are clearly marked with your child’s name and class we can ensure its return to its owner.
As I am sure you can appreciate, all navy blue sweatshirts look the same.
Flu Immunisations
You will have received information regarding the flu immunisations. If you would like your child to receive this immunisation, please complete the consent form and return to school by Monday 4th October in a named envelope. The immunisation team will be in school on Thursday 14th October.
