Broadford 0 - 5 Clockhouse Primary

In the first official league game of the season, the Broadford boys came up against a well drilled Clockhouse team. With their towering No 9, the visitors were a constant threat from set pieces and corners. However the acrobatics of Bailey managed to keep them at bay during the first half. Taheeb put in a great shift on the right side of defense, constantly shuttling backwards and forwards to support play. When Myles came on we began to create some chances up front... but the ball just wouldn't go in. Donovan was very unlucky not to score and had to watch as the ball bobbled away from the goal. Despite the score line the boys enjoyed the game. Our focus now moves to training on Thursday when  the team for the match against Hilldene will be decided.
