The Big Pedal 

From 25th March - 5th April, we are going to be encouraging as many pupils to cycle or scoot to school as possible. The Big Pedal is the UK’s largest inter school cycling and scooting challenge that inspires pupils, staff and parents to choose two wheels for their journey to school. Powered by Sustrans and funded by the Bike Hub, the 2019 challenge is open to individual classes as well as whole schools. On each day of the challenge we will try to record the greatest number of pupils, staff and parents cycling or scooting to school. Our school’s best five days will determine our final position, but we will aim to log journeys on all ten days. To recognise the efforts of the pupils we will be hosting a bikers breakfast on Friday 29th March and Friday 5th April.

Parents Survey
