Next week (week beginning 31st March) to mark the occasion of the beginning of Spring and Easter, all pupils will be taking part in an Easter egg hunt and we will be hosting Broadford’s annual Easter parade on Wednesday 2nd April. We are inviting all pupils to take part in designing, making and wearing with pride an Easter bonnet/hat.
The bonnet/ hat could be made from card, paper, or use a baseball cap/sunhat/wooly hat as a base. Then allow your child to decide what they would like on their hat, it could be flowers, signs of new life such as Lambs, chicks and chocolate eggs. It can be anything linked to Easter.
We can’t wait to see all of the creations in school on Wednesday 2nd April. We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £1 to enter which will go towards our school fundraising. Happy crafting!
