Part 1 Broadford News
Parents Evening - Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd October
We are looking forward to welcoming all parents on Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd October for parent consultation meetings. You will have the opportunity to meet your child’s new class teacher and find out how they have settled so far this year. The teachers will also explain the expectations for the end of the year for your child.

Our year 6 prefects will also be on hand to show you to the classrooms and will be asking parents to complete our annual parent survey.
Please complete the attached google form by the end of the school day on Friday 3rd October. You will receive your appointment on Friday 10th October.

Book Fair
Thank you so much to everyone who supported us by purchasing books at last week’s Book Fair. Together, your purchases enabled us to buy a large selection of lovely new books for our school library! These new books will be added to our library collection for children to borrow. We have lots of very excited children who cannot wait to start reading them.

Parentpay
We would like to remind all parents to ensure that you have completed registration on Parentpay. You do not need to pay for school dinners but need to be registered for trips, visits, and to ensure that you receive school communication. If you do not have your login details please see a member of the office staff and they will be able to assist you with this.

Job 3 - Be kind and polite to everyone you meet
Parent responsibility - Model politeness and kindness to everyone you meet.

Housepoints
Pupils are awarded housepoint for using kind words and actions and demonstrating good manners. These go towards their house teams weekly total but they are in competition with their teachers (Dudley - orange house). If pupils do not demonstrate these behaviours then the teachers' house teams are awarded the house points instead
