The Editor Challenge - Rashida is Shortlisted!

Subject: The Editor Challenge - bonus writing category

Dear Miss Sparkes,

Many thanks for submitting entries to the bonus writing category of The Editor Challenge competition. We received almost 100 entries to this category and whilst a student from Broadford Primary School did not win on this occasion we thought you would like to know that Rashida Sillah made it to the final shortlist of ten – a great achievement! 

The judges at both the National Literacy Trust and Immediate Media were impressed with the quality of Rashida’s entry and their original ideas. It was tough choosing just one winner and whilst Rashida narrowly missed out on the prize we wanted them to know that the high standard of their work was recognised by the judges.
