Every childhood is worth fighting for.
NSPCC
On Friday 10th June we are asking all pupils to wear green (or an item of green) to school to celebrate the work of the NSPCC.
Half a million children a year suffer abuse in the UK. That means 7 children in a classroom experience abuse before they turn 18.
The NSPCC have been working to prevent child abuse for over 130 years, and we know the only way we can keep all of our children safe is if everyone works together. Schools are at the heart of towns and cities, and we need to get every school to help bring their communities together to keep children safe.
Childhood Day on 10 June brings everyone across the UK together to have fun and protect children! Whether you fundraise, donate, volunteer or take action, all we ask is that you play your part to help keep children safe.
