End of Day Dismissal - 14/12/2022

Dear parents and carers,

We are thanking you in advance for your co-operation at the end of the day. Dismissal of the children may take longer than usual. Please bear with us as arrangements are slightly different to usual.

The older siblings in a family will be sent to the youngest sibling's classroom. If you have more than 1 child please collect all your children from your youngest child's classroom or area as stated below.

Nursery
Parents enter via the usual gate and collect pupils from the usual nursery door.

Reception 
Parents enter via the usual gate and collect pupils from the classroom as usual.

Year 1 
Parents enter via the gate at the top of the hill in front of the office. Please enter and exit via the door in the connection between the new and old building and collect pupils from the classroom door.

Year 2
Parents enter via the gate at the top of the hill in front of the office. All three classes to be dismissed via the grey double doors to the left of the office.

Year 3,4,5 
Parents to enter via the large vehicle gate on Faringdon Avenue. Children will be lining up on the path. They will be dismissed when they see who is collecting them.

Year 6
Children will be dismissed via the door under the stairs. Walkers will be allowed to walk home or to wherever they meet a parent. 

Pupils who are attending Essex After School clubs will be taken to the hall as usual.
