Fact Hunters: Stonefish & plants

The stonefish is the most venomous of all fish. Along its back on 13 large spines. Each spine and has a pair of venomous sacs attached to it. Any light pressure on the spine will cause the sacs eject their venom.

Did you know that plants create the majority of the oxygen we breathe through a process called photosynthesis. In this process plants use carbon dioxide, sunlight, and water to create energy. In the process they also create oxygen which they release into the air.
