Diary Dates

Year 4 Roman Day
Pupils in year 4 will be treated to a Roman workshop on Monday. The workshop will bring alive the history of the Romans for the children from the invasion of Claudius to Boudica's revolt. I am sure that they will have a toga-riffic time!

Year 6

Pupils in year 6 are visiting Hampton Court Palace on Thursday 29th September. Children need to arrive at school by 8.15 am in full school uniform so that they can leave by 8.30 am.

Cycling Day and Bike Club

On Friday 30th September Phil Myrea returns for the first cycling day and after school club of the year. These activities are available for pupils in year 5&6 who have passed their bikeability level 2. There has been a great response for these activities so far, if you are interested in taking part in cycling days or after school club please see Miss Cook.

Mead and Broadford  Dad’s* Night - Thursday 29th Sept 6:45-8pm @ Broadford Primary

We are delighted to be able to offer a night of honest, fun and inspiring discussion around a fire, if it is raining we will move into the hall. During the evening we will cover the information included in the mother and daughter session as well as be discussing what else is important to talk about with your children to help them flourish as young people.
The evening, hosted by Rev Rich, who as a qualified youth worker and parenting coach is very experienced in talking to parents about these topics.
Mum's, please encourage your partner to attend this important evening - it is open to both schools! This is an occasion for Dad’s only and not for the children.
