Please see the appointments letter below. A paper copy will also be sent out with the children tonight. Please complete the form at the bottom and return to the class teacher as soon as possible so that we can make the appointments.

If the two nights are not possible for you due to work commitments, then please speak to the class teacher to arrange an alternative time. Mrs Hoffman will also be available on both evenings to speak to parents.
