Fact Hunters: Scientists & babies

Jan Ingenhousz was a Dutch physiologist, biologist and chemist. He is best known for showing that light is essential to photosynthesis. He also discovered that plants, like animals, have cellular respiration.

Incredibly Amy Elliott was born four months early on June 1, 2012 weighing just 1lb 3oz. But her sister Katie to stayed in the womb. She was born on August 27 weighing 5lb 10oz after Maria was induced. As a result the twins were born 87 days apart!
