The London Borough of Havering have asked all schools to send the following information to parents:
In accordance with the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2012 the London Borough of Havering are required to consult on changes that are proposed to its admission arrangements.
The London Borough of Havering (LBH) are consulting for a 6 week period (2 November 2015 – 11 December 2015) on the following documents relating to applications for the academic year 2017/18:
Primary School Admissions
The Havering 2017/18 Co-ordinated Reception (Cohort) Admission Arrangements for all Infant, and Primary Schools in Havering (excluding private Schools) including the arrangements for In-Year, Infant, Junior and Primary Admissions
The Admissions Criteria for the Havering Community and Voluntary Controlled Infant, Junior and Primary Schools
Scheme for the Co-ordination of Admissions into Reception in September 2017
Secondary School Admissions
Havering 2017/18 Co-ordinated Year 7 (Cohort) Admission Arrangements for all Secondary Schools in Havering (excluding private Schools) including the arrangements for In-Year Secondary Admissions.
The Admissions Criteria for the Havering Community Secondary School
Scheme for the Co-ordination of Admissions into Year 7 in September 2017
The consultation process is to allow parents, other schools, the local community and other interested parties to raise any concerns about the proposed admission arrangements.
