Fact Hunters: Evaporation & Cows

This week we have had a tremendous number of interesting facts being shared by the children. Congratulations to the following children who have amazed us with their ability to hunt out interesting snippets of information:

Amandeep Ubhi
The ocean sunfish or common mola, is the heaviest known bony fish in the world. It has an average adult weight between 247 and 1,000 kg!

Sky Griffiths 
The city and people of Pompeii did not know that Vesuvius was a volcano, as it hadn’t erupted in 1,800 years.
