Bike Safety!

A number of parents have asked about the bike racks at the front of the building and whether they can be used. There has been a delay in the Local Authority completing the last Phase of the building project, which has meant our new bike shed has not yet been ordered. In the meantime children can chain their bikes to the racks at the front of the new building as long as:

• We wear a helmet when cycling to and from school 
• We walk our bikes when on school property 
• We do not cycle down the hill towards Dulverton Road – too dangerous with all the pedestrians 
• We are accompanied by an adult if we are below Year 5&6
