Maths Party - Palm Class

This week we had the first of our new Maths parties for Palm class. This is an opportunity for parents to come in and work alongside their children on a Friday morning 9.00-9.30am

Mrs Wallis had prepared a range of activities to test mental maths knowledge, logic and confidence with calculations. The pupils has a great time challenging each other and the staff.

Each maths party will start off with the chance to have a go at Times Table Rockstars. Kailen - as usual - was very fast, solving 60 questions in just 35 seconds!

Next week it is the turn of Coconut. It would be great to see as many parents there as possible so that you can appreciate the type of maths challenges that your children are expected to be able to complete.
