Once again the pupils of Broadford Primary School have played their part to scare hunger away during the food drive held on Friday 17th October.
During the food drive over 700 items of food were collected and for fun everyone wore their wellies to school for the theme of ‘From the garden’ and ‘On the farm’. The class who donated the most items of food was Aspen class who brought in a whopping 84 items of food. Well done Aspen class.
Year 6 volunteers did a brilliant job counting and sorting the food and they also delivered the donated food to the foodbank on Faringdon Avenue.
Well done Team Broadford and thank you to everyone for their donations of food and support.
