The World Para Athletics Championships were one of the must-see event of 2017. We would like to thank the Mayor of London's team who made it all possible. The London schools ticket offer, launched in January and relaunched in February in association with the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, gave 250,000 schoolchildren across Greater London the opportunity to attend the Championships.

We were able to secure over 250 tickets for this event and ensure that as many pupils as possible got the chance to attend this iconic event!

I just loved being in the stadium... it was huge! There were over 30,000 people there. Everywhere was packed, but it was all so friendly. When the crowd cheered it was a roar.
