Fact Hunters: Turtles & Pandas

This week we have had a tremendous number of interesting facts being shared by the children. Congratulations to the following children who have amazed us with their ability to hunt out interesting snippets of information:

Sadly urgent action is required to prevent an endangered turtle that breathes through its bottom from being wiped out. The white-throated snapping turtle was recently listed as critically endangered by the Australian government.

Worryingly there are only 1864 pandas left in the wild and just 300 in captivity!
