Gifted & Talented Children Shine

We were very proud to send some of our pupils to the recent St Edward's Primary Gifted & Talented day. Run on a Saturday, it gives the children the opportunity to test their skills in a range of fun learning activities. When they returned to school the pupils were bursting to tell us about the exciting activities.

Musical workshops, maths investigations, impressionist painting and Mini Olympics: these were just some of the courses that the children benefitted from. The next round of courses is in June. Without a doubt we will now have even more children applying to take part... even if it does mean getting up early on a Saturday morning!

Spencer, Holly, Daniel, Sophie and David all got to take part, meaning that we had representatives from Year 5 down to Year 1.
