The Romford Recorder have featured our recent visit, where pupils were delighted to find a whole collection of animals had set up home on their school field to help with their topic on Living & Growing. Prior to the visit, our Reception pupils had been looking at the life cycles of different animals and learning about how they change as they grow up.
'The vast majority of our pupils have not had the chance to see and handle these animals in real life. Having the farm in really brings the learning to life for the children. They were so excited when they got out to the field to be greeted by the smells, sounds and sights of a farm in their school!" Jessica Morris - EYFS Leader
"My favourite animal was the duck because he kept talking to us. He had really big wings!" Bobby Peek - aged 5
Make sure you get your copy of the paper this week!
