The first ever horse was more of a small dog-sized animal and lived about 55 million years ago. It had a primitive short face, with eye sockets in the middle and a short diastema (the space between the front teeth and the cheek teeth).

If your eye was a digital camera it would have a quality of 576 mega pixels. A high quality digital camera may only have 30MP.
