Mr Portway and his band of merry men are making very positive progress in the football league! They have won another match convincingly following their defeat of Hilldene last week. On a rather soggy pitch the boys put in a great team performance. They had clearly listened during their coaching sessions as they made an effort to play the ball out wide. In training they had also reflected that they could have passed the ball earlier. The culmination of their efforts was a great team goal, with Kynan back heeling in the cross to score the last goal. Well done boys!
Reflectiveness
"After our last performance we knew we needed to get the ball out wide. Our players are very fast, but we weren't passing quickly enough. Mr Portway helped us to practise in training. As soon as this game started we put the plan into action and scored almost straight away. Success is just too quick to catch!"
